ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking receipt for your expen POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax Moneglia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/ day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared; we usually charge 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals; we usually accept small / medium-sized animals and we charge 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) Check-in and Check-out outside the allowed hours is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euro to the person who will take care of the check-in (18-21 hours, early check in before 15), for later times, if possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.

Apartment located in the pedestrian area of the central caruggio of Moneglia, with a splendid PRIVATE TERRACE, surrounded by all the services you may need and less than 100 meters from the sea. It will literally take you a few steps to enjoy the beach. Ideal accommodation for visiting the well-known localities of the surroundings such as Sestri Levante and Tigullio or the Cinque Terre which can be reached in about 30 minutes by train. Completely renovated accommodation located on the third floor of a building without a lift. iving area with dining table, sofa bed for one person, TV and comfortable kitchen equipped with all the essentials: induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. Room with double bed, large wardrobe, air conditioning and a second sofa bed that can become a bed for one person. In total, the apartment can therefore accommodate 4 people. The bathroom has also been recently renovated and is equipped with sanitary fixtures and a bathtub. Leaving the apartment you will find a first external area with table and chairs, going up a flight of stairs that runs alongside the house you will arrive at the large and beautiful private terrace where you can enjoy a unique relaxing atmosphere. In fact, here there are two deck chairs, a table and chairs, all surrounded by a gazebo: the perfect place to sunbathe or have lunch and dinner outside during the summer months. On the terrace there is also an outdoor shower to cool off on the hottest days. In the house you will also find a washing machine that can be used during your stay. There is air conditioning both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. There is no Wi-Fi. The accommodation does not have private parking and cannot be reached by car as it is in the pedestrian area of the city. You will have to use the nearby public car parks. Given the presence of stairs both to reach the apartment and the terrace, the house is NOT recommended for those with mobility problems and/or the elderly.

Like every Ligurian seaside village, Moneglia also has its central medieval alleyway which cuts the center in two, the main street once traveled by farmers, fishermen, merchants and pilgrims, today it is the ideal place for strolling after leaving the beach, browsing and buying in the shops that enliven the street. In fact, there are all the services you may need during your stay: shops, grocery stores and supermarkets, bakeries, tobacconists, pharmacies, bars, clubs for your evenings and restaurants that offer the best of Ligurian fish and cuisine. The sea is about 100 meters away, so you will literally need a few steps to enjoy the beach. Moneglia is perfect for families and for those with small children due to the low car traffic, sandy beaches and shallow waters. The wild nature of the promontory that divides Moneglia from Riva Trigoso, a hamlet of Sestri Levante, is one of the favorite places for climbing enthusiasts. The Falesia di Moneglia, which can be reached from the town along the path outside the tunnels, is characterized by an equipped wall overlooking the sea that is about 90 meters long. A favorite destination also for lovers of scuba diving and trekking: in fact, in the heights that surround it there are numerous paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike which offer incredible views of the coast surrounded by the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub. Moneglia station, which is about 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, it is the ideal starting point for visiting the surroundings without using the car: in about 30 minutes you can reach Monterosso al Mare, before the Cinque Terre, in 20 minutes Sestri Levante, in about an hour Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. Moneglia is 50 km from Genoa, the capital of the region of incredible beauty.
