We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. The flower garden, the outdoor furniture for your relaxation and the large swimming pool make up the external part of the accommodation. Going up two flights of stairs you will arrive at the entrance of the apartment. Inside you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and eat meals during your stay. Near the kitchen you will find the first bedroom of the house equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. From the window you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills surrounding Lavagna. Going up an internal flight of stairs you will reach the second bedroom, equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, television and air conditioning. Finally there is a bathroom complete with toilet and shower. Outside the apartment there are several points to enjoy the summer to the fullest by having lunch or dinner outside during the summer evenings: in fact, you will find a terrace with table and chairs and a patio located above the swimming pool equipped with another large table and canopy. Going down to the pool area you will find a further patio also equipped with a canopy, three comfortable sofas and a coffee table, sun loungers and a comfortable covered bed where you can rest sheltered from the sun on the hottest days. There is free Wi-Fi connection. It is possible to park in the shade for free at the property.

The villa is located 1km from the beaches of Lavagna and only 500 meters from the historic center of the town, a picturesque place characterized by cobbled streets, historic buildings and charming squares. Here it is possible to admire the traditional architecture and immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of a Ligurian village. In addition to this you will find all the services you need: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bakeries, bars and restaurants where you can taste the delicious cuisine of the area. The Via Aurelia and the railway tracks separate the historic center from the seafront promenade which runs parallel to the beaches starting from the characteristic tourist port of Lavagna, where it is possible to rent boats to explore the coast. The closest place to reach and visit from Lavagna is Chiavari, a large town characterized by a historic center with medieval arcades, all kinds of shops, bars and excellent restaurants. The suggestive seafront promenade is the ideal place to walk while admiring the sea and possibly stopping to eat or have an aperitif on summer evenings in one of the many bars and restaurants overlooking the beaches. With a ten-minute drive you can also reach Sestri Levante with its characteristic historic center and the famous beaches of the Baia del Silenzio and the Baia delle Favole. Very close and equally famous places are Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, Moneglia, Levanto up to the five most famous villages of Liguria: The Cinque Terre which are less than an hour away by car and about 30 minutes by train starting from the Lavagna railway station. In the surroundings of Lavagna, there are numerous opportunities for excursions in nature: you can follow panoramic paths along the coast or go inland to discover breathtaking landscapes and characteristic Ligurian villages on foot or by bicycle.
