The apartment is located in the center very convenient to visit the city. There are 2 single rooms but only one is available to guests; the other remains available to the host.The common areas are the eat-in kitchen where you can also eat, the kitchen terrace and the bathroom; however guests will never share them with other guests but only with the host. The host goes out early in the morning and returns in the evening, but remains always available and available to provide guests with all the information necessary for a good stay in the city. The entire apartment is therefore available to the guest (always only one) who can use the common areas with maximum privacy. It is possible to use washing machine and dryer, you don't have to buy the detergent! Payment is made only through booking. Only the tourist tax will be collected in cash upon arrival at the facility.

10 Minutes walk from the train station, 15 from Piazza Maggiore and the 2 Towers. The Many students live in the neighborhood given the proximity to the university area . There is certainly no shortage of places where you can eat Bolognese or ethnic food.
