We, Felix and Veronika together with our sons Alex, David and daughter Lisa manage our farmhouse with the help of the grandma Anna and grandpa Giovanni. The strong bond with our origins and land as well as the farm tradition passed on from generation to generation make us work with passion and love and enable to host you in an authentic and untouched familiar environment during your stay in La Val. To know more about the land and the work of the mountain farmers and their products, we offer our guests a personal tour of the farm through our meadows, woodland, pastures and a "prehistoric seafloor" with fossils over 200,000 years old. Alternatively, guests can take part in agricultural activities (cow shed or haymaking) or cooking classes (in case of bad weather). From Mondays to Fridays, optionally, guests can take part in extraordinary guided excursions, organized by the Tourist Association, one of which is already included in the price of the apartment. (Any transportation or food and drink are not included).

You cannot think of Alta Badia without recalling La Valle. This town, at the gates of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park is a rare gem in terms of variety of landscapes and much more. La Val as the Ladin-speaking inhabitants call it, is one of the few towns in the Val Badia which still shows traces of the rural life once characteristic of the South Tyrol as a whole. The characteristic “les Viles” settlements, the traditional products, crafts and ancient Ladin traditions are some of the peculiarities which La Val still shows off with pride. At an altitude of 1353 metres, the numerous residential areas of the town are spread over the gently rolling hills surrounded by enchanting places like the Sasso Croce (Sass dla Crusc) at the foot of which lie the Armentara meadows with their extraordinary variety of flowers and orchids, the Rit meadows, which alternate with forests of larch and spruce trees, the picturesque valley leading to the Ju de Sant'Antone and many other places to explore on foot. An idyllic location where body and mind can enjoy the natural surroundings. A town that was bound to become the hiking paradise of Alta Badia thanks to land of hikers certification.
