For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft. The check-in time for this apartment is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, for arrivals from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm there is a supplement of 50.00 euros Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day. This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200. The deposit will be collected at check in and released in cash on the day of departure in the absence of material damage.

Yes... it's all true! This splendid single villa renovated in March 2023 has all the features for you to spend a dream holiday!! Unique location, magnificent terrace with panoramic view of the lake.. Located in Desenzano del Garda, a stone's throw from the centre, the motorway and the main services, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Via a staircase we arrive in the garden that surrounds the house. Upon entering we immediately notice every detail that characterizes the structure. From the decorated walls to the sumptuous chandeliers. On our left we find a large and bright living room with dining area which overlooks the large private terrace where we will admire the beauty of our beloved lake. The relaxation area consists of a large and comfortable sofa as well as a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, citrus juicer, electric kettle, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster, cooking utensils and everything we need. At the entrance to the house we will find a small glass staircase, through which we will be connected to the sleeping area as follows: the master bedroom, with double bed and wardrobe with window overlooking the lake: a bathroom with double sink, toilet, bidet and large glass shower. The second double bedroom also has a large wardrobe and a view of the garden. In both bedrooms on the mattresses of the double beds there is a high quality Topper. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. From the kitchen you can access, via a staircase, the lower floor where we find a large tavern dedicated to games and free time, dining table, sofa and flat-screen TV.

The tavern is also equipped with a second eat-in kitchen, equipped with every appliance, a second bathroom with transparent glass shower, sink, toilet and bidet. and finally, the third double bedroom with large wardrobe. The upper garden of this magnificent villa is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor tables. the balcony will be the ideal place to enjoy aperitifs, lunches and dinners in the most romantic setting of Lake Garda!
