Antica Rocca Dorotea - Country Side & Sea View is a wonderful country house outside the city, located in a quiet and scenic area overlooking the Gulf of Salerno and the Castle of Arechi, 10 minutes by car from the historic city center. Antica Rocca Dorotea is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature, without giving up the comforts and conveniences of a modern accommodation. It is a new and spacious house, immersed in a rustic setting with a garden. The space is a combination of rustic charm and contemporary design, offering the guest a cozy and stylish experience. The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine and more. After climbing a flight of stairs you access the house, at the entrance you are greeted by a spacious living area, where the black fireplace stands out, left intact during the works (and still working), the indoor dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. Divided by a convenient island, the kitchen is completely modernized and with everything you may need during your stay. From this area you also access the real terrace, equipped for lunches, dinners and aperitifs with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Salerno and the Castle of Arechi. The air conditioning is present inside the living area. Passing through the hallway, furnished with care and recalling vintage notes, on the left to the two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, wardrobes and windows from which you can admire the splendid view of the countryside, and on the right instead the bathroom. Outside the house, in the farmhouse there is a private pool (above ground, 8x4 meters, available by prior advice) with sunbeds, umbrella and towels and a sports area, with a small basketball court and a ping-pong table. There is also a garden with flowers, fruit trees and aromatic herbs.

Croce is a small village located between the municipality of Salerno and that of Cava de' Tirreni. It is surrounded by beautiful hills and immersed in nature, making it an ideal place for nature lovers. It boasts one of the most beautiful views of the Salerno gulf, as well as being in a strategic position both for those who want to visit the cities, and for those looking for adventures among the mountain paths. The house is located in an isolated and quiet area, but not far from the main road. You will have access to the entire house and the outdoor area, as well as two parking spaces.
