House right in the centre of the town, the street connects the promenade next to the lagoon to the centre of the town, all the shops, restaurants, atm are just behind the corner. This house is at the first and last floor of a building in the centre of Sant'Antioco, it is all in one floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a big bedroom a laundry and a balcony. It is quite new, it was restored in 2016, before it used to be my office, so almost everything is brand new in the house. The house has a lot of natural light, it faces the street on one side and an internal courtyard on the other. The bedroom has two windows, one faces the street and the other one faces an external space that can be used as laundry and that you have access to from the bedroom itself, while you have access to the other balcony from the living room. You can use the entire house and everything is inside. We will meet when you arrive and I'll give you the keys and show you the house, during your stay you can call me whenever you need!:)

I love houses that have a story to tell. My houses are very special for me and I like sharing their atmosphere by hosting people that will have a nice memory of their holiday and will keep my places alive for a while.

The house is in the street that connects the promenade next to the lagoon to the centre of the town, so when you go out of the door you can see the lagoon on your right and the centre of the town in your left. All the shops, the cafes and the restaurants are just behind the corner. During the summer you con enjoy the beutiful sea and many enogastronomical festivals, at the end of August and beginning of September there are some famous jazz and blues festivals in towns nearby. In spring and autumn you can go hiking and trekking and discover the beautiful scenery and the archeological sites hidden in the countryside. Two weeks after Easter on Monday there is the festival of the town. During the winter it is the right place if you just want to relax, discover the archeological spots of the island, and stay away from crowded places. This house is also a good base for going kite surfing in Punta Trettu. I would recommend coming to Sant'Antioco in June and September, this months are the best because you can enjoy the beautiful beaches when they are almost empty, it is so peaceful and relaxing! The hot weather usually lasts until the end of October! The nearest beach is 6 km away.
