Ideal for a holiday in a convenient and comfortable place, a stone's throw from the sea, lake, pine forest, hills, park of S. Rossore, oasis of Massaciuccoli etc., not far from cities of art such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta, Bolgheri etc., for the more itinerant, comfortable support for excursions in the Tuscan hinterland or in nearby Liguria .... The house is arranged on several levels: on the ground floor we find the kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, on the first floor we find a double bedroom with air conditioning, another double bedroom with air conditioning, and a bedroom with bed single without air conditioning (fan only), on the attic floor there is an open space bedroom with three single beds, air conditioning and a small service bathroom with only toilet and sink. The neighborhood is in a very quiet residential area, the road is not busy, the railway does not cause particular problems as the apartment has double glazed windows. The house is not suitable for holidays and / or events. In the village there are all the main services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center with ambulances, post office banks, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, buses, railway stations, paid bathing establishments, free beaches, bike rental. A short distance away (less than 15 km) there is the single hospital in Versilia equipped with helicopter rescue, the closest airport is in Pisa, while the closest ship boarding is in Livorno.
