The apartment on the first floor with elevator in a beautiful Renaissance palace of the 1500s in the historic Rione Trevi, consists of a fully equipped kitchen with table for 4 people, refrigerator, hob and traditional oven, and a living area with mezzanine. In the living room there is a large double sofa bed and on the mezzanine is placed the double futon bed. Both the living room and the loft are equipped with the latest generation TV 4K smart tv wi fi and air conditioning. To characterize the space a modern fireplace with bioethanol burner for romantic evenings sipping a good glass of wine. The bathroom has a large shower with chromotherapy and wireless speaker. The apartment is in a restricted traffic zone, access by car is allowed from 6 pm to 6 am. The nearest parking outside the ZTL it's the Ludovisi Parking in via Ludovisi (900 meters) while for those who access by's car during the allowed hours it's possible to park in the garage Tritone on Via degli Avignonesi (50 meters from thehouse)

Welcome to Rome! We introduce ourselves. We are 3 of us, 1 brother and 2 sisters and we were born here, Rome is our home. Our story begins back in 1959 in Via della Lungaretta 169 (Trastevere), where our grandfather had taken over a bakery and our grandmother was hired as a cashier, that's how they met, that's how it all began! All the most relevant events of our history took place in this city, among the alleys of Trastevere right where we have the opportunity to host you in our facilities, today! We have also traveled a lot but we always tell ourselves that it would be wonderful to visit our city through the eyes of a tourist who comes from far away. Rome gives you a unique opportunity to fill your eyes with immense art and beauty, and as Arianna, the youngest of the three of us, always repeats, is that the beauty of things and people would not exist if art and the ability to communicate through it did not exist.

Our guests will have the opportunity to visit Rome on foot, strolling through its wondrous streets and reaching squares, churches, palaces and museums walking within minutes. The apartment is just a short walk from Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and the main shopping streets of Rome. The area is served by public transport that reaches Termini Station and all major attractions of the Capital, the metro (line A) passes by the nearby Piazza Barberini, characterized by the famous Bernini Triton Fountain. The bus and coach bus stop is just a few meters away.
