A charming apartment near the lakeshore, in the very centre of the historical village. It is finely furnished and it offers romantic atmospheres, modern functionality and total comfort, with a lake view bedroom and a wide internal terrace (55 + 25 SQM). The apartment is a little portion of what was originally an historical villa. That’s why we thought to restructure it starting from its ancient taste and values. At the entrance, a bright living room and a well-equipped kitchen open on a wide inner terrace, good for relaxation and outdoors dinners. Between the two rooms, there is the bathroom with a shower and a bidet. Coming three steps down, you enter the lake view room, with a four poster double bed Queen Size 60" X 82", a sofa and furnishings that match with the time in which Bellagio was so renowned as to inspire romantic and enlightened travellers such as Goethe, Byron, Liszt, Shelley, Dickens, Twain, Flaubert, Stendhal and Verdi. Its location, in the centre of the ancient village overlooking the lake, is ideal to live through the lifestyle that vivifies Bellagio. Moreover, the house is near to the piers, so that it’s easy for you to suddenly organize trips through the lake.
We love literature, art and travels. Bellagio, known by many as the Como Lake’s “pearl”, is a unique place, not to be missed for its history, romantic atmosphere, liveliness and dreamlike landscapes. By the ancient walls, in the very heart of the old village and very near to the lakeshore, we have restructured a little apartment with harmonic functionality. This cosy space was meant to be perfectly tuned in to the environment, its surrounding, its lifestyle and history. We therefore enthusiastically open our house to those who will be glad to share the emotions of living in such an ancient and beautiful place and to breathe the most authentic Bellagio’s air. Style, comfort and history in a perfect location, a stones throw from all the shops and restaurants. We are available for any advice you may need during your stay. It is also possible to ask for guided tours or special appointments (Art, Fashion, Markets, Outlets, Events, Yoga, Massages, Gastronomy). We welcome guests for a minimum stay of two nights but for the quality of the places and an adequate symbiosis with the romantic atmosphere that has made them famous, we highly recommend a longer stay.
The apartment is independent and is central to everything, overlooking the lake right in the heart of Bellagio. Two rooms of total 55 SQM, plus an internal terrace of 25 SQM. Its entrance is located in one of the typical steps-quarters of the ancient village, close to the boat docks. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, boat shuttles, even a laundry, are located within a few steps. When you tire of these, the apartment is a tastefully decorated, comfortable and pleasant place to relax with lake view, or to enjoy some order in pizza and delicious Italian wine on the large flowery terrace. Car access to the historic center is allowed during limited hours (until 10:00 AM or after 6:30 PM) and parking is only allowed for loading and unloading. Free parking and paid lots are located outside the historic center (the nearest is 200 meters near the Municipal Park, others more distant).
