Located on the first floor, the elegant holiday apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, cable television and a children's bed. Outside you will find a covered veranda furnished with a dining area where you enjoy delicious meals together and admire the views of the mountains in the distance. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and cafes are located about 250 m or a 3-minute walk from your front door. The white sand of the beach La Cinta, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Sardinia, is about 900 m or a 12-minute walk away. Furthermore, you can reach the port and the airport of Costa Smeralda in about 20 minutes driving (30 km away). A parking space is available on the property. If requested in advance, pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. The property charges a fee for electricity use.
