The 30 mq studio flat is located on the sixth and top floor of a condominium building (there are 4 steps at the entrance) equipped with concierge and a lift which however stops on the fifth floor: you need to climb two flights of stairs (20 total steps) to reach the apartment. The internal space is made up as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave - Sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe and smart TV - Living area with dining table - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box - Terrace of 10 mq (please note a step to access it) equipped with awning, deckchairs, sunbeds, table and chairs. Available assigned and uncovered parking space, inside the residence. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: the entrance to the building is under video surveillance for safety reasons.

It is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults, thanks to the presence of trendy and sought-after clubs, but not only, as it really offers many attractions also for tourists who love culture. There are many events and shows such as the Fiera di San Nicola in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to promote exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point. The apartment is located near the ring road exits for the motorway to reach Polignano and the SS100 for Alberobello. They are located a stone's throw from Via Einaudi, an area full of clubs to fully enjoy the city's nightlife. We are also close to the Polytechnic, 2 June Park, IKEA, the Pediatric Hospital and the Mater dei. Nearby you can find excellent pizzerias and restaurants, the MC FIT and MILLENIUM gyms. The essential services are close at hand: bars, farmacy and supermarkets are in fact within 400 metres.
