This residence offers a prime location, just 10 minutes away from the central train station and a mere 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal to reach Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. It's important to note that, being located in the heart of the city center, direct access with a car beneath the building is not possible due to the restricted traffic area (ZTL).
