The Red House Company is a family business started in order to maximize a property investment in Venice. My wife and I have understood the potential of quality self catering rentals along the way of the positioning of our first apartment: “The Red House”. We decided that this could be our future full time occupation in the December 2009 and we are now managing successfully a number of properties in the historic centre of Venice.

Clemente Apartment is located on the third floor and can be accessed via elevator just like the other apartments in the palazzo. It is a large open space with a wooden trussed ceiling. Very cozy and comfortable, it was designed by dividing the living area from the sleeping one with a panel. This allowed the architect to create a section with 2 bedrooms (one double and one single) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower cabin and one half bathroom). All windows overlook the Venetian rooftops, bringing in a lot of natural light. The living area presents a kitchen that opens onto the living room and a dining table that can seat 4; there is also a high counter to enjoy breakfasts or aperitifs on comfortable high stools. The 42” screen TV can be viewed from two wide comfortable sofas. The apartment has heated floors that can be regulated via remote thanks to a home automation system. This apartment is perfect for couples or small families that wish to enjoy all the comforts of a luxurious space.

The location is very calm and quiet despite it being close to the city’s main attractions, like the Guggenheim Collection museum, Gallerie dell’Accademia, Ca’ d’Oro-Giorgio Franchetti museum and gallery, Palazzo Giustiniani, and Palazzo Fortuny. Furthermore, the proximity to Salizada San Samuele, Calle della Mandola, and Campo San Maurizio means being close to many shops, restaurants, and the famous outdoor antique market of San Maurizio. Literally five minutes from Palazzina G and the Bauer Hotel, both exclusive spots of Venetian nightlife, this apartment allows you to be at the heart of the city’s most important events, especially during the Venice Film Festival and the Art and Architecture Biennale.
