Entered by way of its own private front door and benefitting from air-conditioning for added comfort during Venice’s warmer months, Ca’ Belle Arti has a hallway on the ground floor (off which is a handy laundry room with washing machine) and a short staircase leading directly into an attractive open-plan main living space on the level above.
