“Excellent location. The room is equipped with all you need for a long middle stay. The ancient fireplace and old mirror makes the room charm. Cosy chairs with a card table and a selection of board games make the room a good place in case of bad weather. A friendly working place is also convenient. We didn't use the kitchen during our stay - the pot and coffee machine was exactly what we needed.”

“So many thoughtful details: hairdryer, even a flat iron!, information in multilanguages, umbrellas, 2 kinds of coffee maker, pretty decorations, super responsive host. The loaner phone was genius; i would not have survived Venice without the map application!”

“This is an apartment and right on the water as most of the Venice is. It’s little bit of a distance from train station but property owner is very helpful. They even provided a cell phone to us to use it as hot spot while we were in Venice. If you don’t mind staying in a apartment than this is a good place to stay.”

“Great apartment with the most amazing view we ever had from an accomodation. The location is perfect, very very well equiped and in a neighboorhoud not crowded but near great restaurants and vaporeto stop. Alyosha answered quickly the questions we had and was really friendly and his uncle attentive . If we come back to Venice (and we hope so) it will be a pleasure to be there again. Thank you !!”

“The Casa was very easy to find using the vapporetto from the airport. The detailed information from the host was very helpful for checking in. The room had every convenience including a phone with a Venice goggle map for finding our way around and separate kitchen as well kitchen bench in the room for basics. The area was a quiet but interesting part of Venice with canal side restaurants a 5 min walk away. We easily walked to the main sites and there was a close vaporetto stop nearby on the Grand Canal.”
