Greetings! I am Lorenzo Gatto and I am the owner together with my brother Emanuele of the Casa Florio Palermo structure. The structure includes two comfortable apartments, ideal for those traveling as a couple or with friends. The apartments are all on the same floor with a beautiful private outdoor space (garden) inside the condominium, equipped with sofa, armchairs, table and chairs. The apartments are independent and also from the rest of the condominium. The apartments are very comfortable, quiet and private. The apartments have a fitted kitchen or kitchenette, equipped with everything (hob, oven and fridge) and the necessary (utensils) for meals. My brother and I take care of welcoming guests and making them feel at ease and we are available for any information on the structure and above all on the city. There are no particular time problems for check-in especially (after 12.30pm) if there is no check-out the same morning, it is possible to check-in even earlier or even late at max 11.30pm . Guests will be welcomed with a bottle of Sicilian wine. The structure has recently been equipped with heat pumps (air conditioning), microwave oven and waste separation bins and a sleep heater for the winter period. The property is equipped with a free fast Wi-Fi (fiber) line and a smart TV. . The day before your arrival, you will be sent various information about the apartment and Palermo and the password for the Wi-Fi line.

Greetings! I am Lorenzo Gatto and I am the owner together with my brother Emanuele of the Casa Florio Palermo structure. My main profession is stage photography, especially dance photography. Started 17 years ago out of passion, it became a profession a few years later. The Casa Florio structure was born somewhat by chance, inheriting the property from our father and even before that from our paternal grandparents. We renovated in 2017 and towards the end of 2018 we begin this new adventure. After two difficult years, from 2022 we have resumed the pace of 2019. My brother Emanuele and I take full care of the structure, both the reception part and everything needed to give our guests the best possible comfort for the their stay in Palermo, with advice on where to eat well or information on Palermo and its wonderful monuments.

The Casa Florio structure is located 15 - 20 minutes on foot (depending on the pace) from the historic center of the city, but in any case it is located in a historic area of the city full of monuments, historic villas and historic buildings, including the Zisa palace with its recently renovated garden, the Villino Florio, Villa Malfitano and Palazzo Wirz and a stone's throw (3 minute walk) from the Cantieri Culturali della Zisa former Ducrot factory where you can visit the various exhibition pavilions with permanent exhibitions or events (concerts, theater and dance shows) The area is served with everything you need, supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, tobacconist, a large paid car park and the TAXI BUS stop and the Lolli station which takes you to the historic center and towards the airport.
