Apartment is located in a quiet setting on the first hills of Sestri Levante, but only five minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot from the center, the station and the beaches. The accommodation is located on the first and only floor of a building within a small houses complex. After a short flight of stairs, already inside the house, you reach the entrance which overlooks a large living room, consisting of a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs and a flat screen TV. In the next room you will find a kitchen complete with everything you need to cook and eat meals during your stay: hob with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, dishes, pots and pans. The environment is completed by a dining table and a sofa. The large windows make the room very bright and also offer an enchanting view over the city of Sestri. In the bedroom there is in addition to the double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your personal effects. Near the bedroom door you will find a utility room with a washing machine inside that can be used during the stay and an iron and ironing board. The laundry can be hung on the appropriate lines that you will find at the windows or on a drying rack inside the house. Finally, there is the bathroom, with a toilet and shower. The house is equipped with a private GARAGE that you can use for your car. If you are traveling with two cars, one can be parked inside the garage and one outside in front of the garage entrance. Inside the house, you will find the key to use the garbage bins located just next to the area of the complex. The heating for the winter months is autonomous with radiators, while in the summer a portable electric air conditioner that you will find at home can be used.

We provide the check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or need. In fact, during your stay we will be at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will normally be done by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking receipt for your expenses. EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist Taxes In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the allowed hours is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of euro 30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (18-21 hours), for later times, if it is possible for we organize, the figure could be higher.
