Casa Sirena is our holiday home on Sicily near the medieval town of Cefalu. The house is situated on a mountain and has a stupendous panoramic view on the surroundings of Cefalu, the coast and the Mediterranean Sea that is highly appreciated by our guests. The house has a great semi outdoor kitchen directly connected to the big terrace. In summer life on Sicily is lived outside so also the cooking and enjoying your meals. Furthermore it has a living, a big bedroom and a nice bathroom. In the living there is a bedsofa that can be turned into a double bed. In front of the house there is a big orchard with a big variety of fruit and olive trees. The tranquillity in the area is overwhelming.

We are Gerrit and Teresa Pot. Since 2006 we are the proud owners of Casa Sirena, our own place in Sicily. The first visit to the house was 'love at first sight'. We are constantly improving the house to comply to all personal requirements that also benefit our guests during their stay. Sicily has become our second home.

The house is situated on the edge of the national park ‘Parco delle Madonie’, a vast and untouched mountain area with a lot of possibilities for hiking and to enjoy nature or for a small trip by car. Sun, sea and vast sandy beaches can be found in and around Cefalu. For the children there is a tropical waterpark in the neighbourhood. By car it does not take much time to reach the green mountains of the Madonie area and small midieval villages like Castelbuono, Polizzi Generosa, Petralia Soprana and Sottana, Collesano and Pollina. Enjoy Sicily in all its facets and come to the centrally located city of Cefalu, the perfect base from which the many sights on the island can be visited easily.
