BEFORE TO ARRIVAL: This property requires you to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to carry out online check-in, entering your details and documents for all guests. You will be asked to sign the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and to pay the TOURIST TAX, if applicable. Online check-in must be carried out at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings. ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This property is equipped with self check-in, so it is possible to enter independently by taking the keys from a numeric combination box. The code to open the box will be provided to you one day before your arrival. It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in order to prepare the house. Please note that check-in times are from 15:00 to 23:00. ATTENTION: Staff telephone assistance is available until 21:00. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is compulsorily before 10:00 a.m. CLEANING: A cleaning service or change of linen during your stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali. NON-SMOKING FACILITY: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged. WELCOME KIT: We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The town of Povo is located on the eastern hill of Trento in a sunny and panoramic position at about 400 metres above sea level, on the slopes of Mount Marzola, under the rocky configuration of Dante's profile. It is 10 minutes from the city by public transport, is also in the centre of two university poles and is close to various research and technology centres. It is an ideal place for walks in the green and not far from the tourist destinations of Trentino.
