I worked a few years in a tourist rental agency, then, after traveling around Europe and the World (just a part of it),I decided to come back to my city and I started managing apartments on behalf of the owners. With the help of my coworkers and the experience we know what it is needed to ensure you a perfect stay in the city. You will have a wonderful and private experience, but we will be always available in case you will need it, not only for emergencies, but also simply if you’ll need advice or any kind of tip about Florence.

Spacious and bright 100-square-meter apartment in the quiet and scenic setting of Via dell'Ardiglione. Located in the heart of Oltrarno, just a few steps away from Santo Spirito Square and Carmine Square. The apartment is on the second floor of an historic building without elevator. As soon as you will enter you will find the large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities for cooking, including a microwave and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom with wardrobes and air conditioning on the same level, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. From the living room, you can access a spacious loft with a second queen-size bed (140cm by 190cm) and a half bathroom. Air conditioning is available in all rooms except the kitchen. Additionally, there is a small laundry room with access from the kitchen where you'll find the washing machine.

It's a historic neighborhood that is still very lively, offering an authentic and vibrant atmosphere. The area offers a diverse and high-quality selection of food options. The main monuments are just a few minutes' walk away. Palazzo Pitti is only a 5-minute walk, and the Ponte Vecchio is just ten minutes away. Santa Maria Novella train station can be reached in 15-20 minutes. The location couldn't be more perfect for exploring everything Florence has to offer. The apartment is situated on an ancient and picturesque street. You will immerse yourself in the history and culture of this city, with its monuments, museums, churches, and art galleries.
