Since 2013 we have been selecting the structures directly from the owners who place their trust in us year after year. We make hospitality our credo, and we try to fully satisfy the expectations of our most demanding customers. We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft. The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00 Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day. This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200. The deposit will be collected at check in and released in cash on the day of departure in the absence of material damage.

In the heart of the historic center of Desenzano del Garda, a few meters from the beach, on the fourth floor of a quiet building with a lift, we find Ciao Lago. The name of this magnificent apartment already makes us understand the proximity of the beautiful Lake Garda. Upon entering, we are greeted by a long corridor decorated with marble tiles in various shades of beige. The colors are complemented by a dark brown vintage cabinet, accompanied by a huge and beautiful Venetian mirror. To the right of the corridor we find the first double bedroom. This has a 4-door wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables and a large French window that lets in natural light. The copy of the very famous painting "The Starry Night" by Van Gogh, creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. Past the first bedroom, along the corridor, we find the bathroom. Decorated in a modern style, with white and green tiles, it has: a sink with a large mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and a glass window that allows the use of the balcony as well as the passage of sunlight, which makes the environment very bright. The second bedroom, immediately after the bathroom, has a double bed with wonderful wrought iron decorations, a 4-door wardrobe, a dresser and a balcony. There is a high-quality topper in both double beds. A topper is a bed accessory that provides additional comfort, improves sleep quality and makes the bed even more inviting. When we arrive in the living room, we are greeted by stronger colors, a black and white marble floor, a large orange sofa with a glass table, gray, white and blue cushions. In the living room there is also a SMART TV that allows the use of the internet or programs to watch movies and TV series in streaming (NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME). However, the highlight of the living room is the huge French window accompanied by the terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake.

The kitchen (in a separate room) is habitable, modern, equipped with everything you need to make your holiday one of the best. There is no shortage of: table and chairs, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, pots, pans, cutlery etc. Like the whole apartment, the kitchen is also well lit by natural light. This jewel also has air conditioning and free WI FI! Guests can use the paid parking just 30 meters from the apartment.
