Located 1.5 km from the center of Intra in a quiet area with traditional features. Excellent starting point for many excursions to discover nature and history of the place. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible through a quiet courtyard. Inside is a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, equipped with all the necessary utensils and utensils to prepare and fully enjoy the products of the area. You will also find an Italian coffee "moka" (and my favorite coffee) at your disposal. The living room offers a comfortable space with a sofa bed (200cm), suitable for two guests. There is a 55-inch Smart TV available, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of exploring. Also, a comfortable 160x200 double bed and a closet await you in the bedroom. Each window is fitted with a mosquito net, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air without any disturbance. The bathroom is well equipped, and you can freely use the washing machine during your stay.

Antoliva is a delightful part, one of the oldest, of Verbania, with a small historic center showing features dating from the 1700s to the 1800s The center of Verbania and the picturesque lakefront are only 5 minutes away by car, or you can opt for a pleasant 1.5 km (approx.30 minutes) walk through Biganzolo and Via Selasca. Free parking spaces are available nearby: -Via alla Posta (100 m) -Via Intra Premeno 85 (150 m) on the right side -Via Oro 2 (450 m).
