My Name is Matias, I was born and raised in Florence. I worked a few years in a tourist rental agency, then, after traveling around Europe and the World (just a part of it),I decided to come back to my city and I started managing apartments on behalf of the owners. Giorgio Apartment is located on the fourth floor of an historic Building without elevator. Once you will enter the apartment you will find a spacious living room with plenty of light, a sofa-bed that can be a regular sized double bed, a 43 inches smart tv and a nice round dinner table. Moving forward you will find the bedroom to your right with a double bed (160x200 cm) and the bathroom to your left with shower, toilet and bidet. At the end of the apartment there is the a brand new kitchen fully equipped. The apartment has Air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom, fast internet connection and a Smart tv.
