The 74 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift. You will need to climb the stairs to reach the attic. ATTENTION: The garden is shared, while the attic (with drying rack) is shared. At the moment it is not possible to access the garages by car (due to works) but it is possible to use them as a deposit for bikes and ski equipment. The internal space is divided as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, freezer, moka and kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with dining area, sofa bed (which can become a double bed if necessary) and TV; - BEDROOM with double bed, bunk bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, bathtub with shower; - 2 STORAGE ROOMS; - 6sqm TERRACE with table and chairs; - SHARED ATTIC with drying rack; - GARAGE usable ONLY as a storage room for bikes and ski equipment. It's possible to leave your vehicle for free in the private garage of the adjacent structure (20 meters away) in the parking space (36 sqm, 2.45x5.45 m, only one car fits). Additional services available to guests: pocket wifi of 100 gigabytes per month, central heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

Neighbourhood information

The flat is just a 100 m away from the ski lift, directly reachable from a footpath accessible from the back door of the garage. Since the terrace overlooks the Julian Alps, you can admire the Mangart mountain chain, the Picco di Mezzodì peak and the Carnic Alps. Also, the great position of the terrace allows you to enjoy the annual fireworks display organized by the Municipality on the occasion of the New Year's Eve. Tarvisio is a popular tourist destination throughout the year: in the hot months for cultural and naturalistic wealth, in the cold months for attractions related to winter sports. All around the center of Tarvisio, the municipal territory is dotted with charming villages and unmissable naturalistic itineraries. Thanks to its particular position close to the border, it is a crossroads of languages ​​and cultures where Italy, Slovenia and Austria meet. The excellent cuisine includes Friulian, Carinthian and Slovenian specialties. Tarvisio is also a destination for many pilgrims thanks to the suggestive Sanctuary of the Madonna del Lussari, a place where tradition recounts an apparition of the Madonna.
