Located in Sirmione, inside recently repainted and rearranged residence with swimming pool and large green spaces, convenient to main services, renovated one-bedroom apartment for a group or family vacation up to 4 people! The apartment, located on the second floor, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table with chairs. In the same room there is an open-plan kitchen that is well equipped and also fitted with a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. Through a french door in the living room, guests have access to the private terrace overlooking the common garden. The apartment continues with the master bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, a TV, a wardrobe and a window. Through internal stairs located in the living room it is possible to access the attic floor. Here, thanks to a folding door enjoys good privacy and results as a perfect relax area, furnished with a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a TV, a wardrobe, a table with chairs. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment. At guests' disposal there are comforts as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron facilities. *The shared pool is open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September. *There is a smoke detector in the accommodation. *Guests will be provided with a parking space in the garage (measures 5 x 2.95 m height 2m)
