Super ELEGANT and VERY CENTRAL apartment, has a cozy living room with SMART TV with Netflix account, 3 separate bedrooms equipped with: 3 beds all with super premium mattresses, 2 KING SIZE and 1 single and 1/2 plus possibly a sofa bed. We then find a magnificent, very spacious furnished terrace, which overlooks the internal courtyard, surrounded by greenery and characterized by great silence, despite being in the heart of the city of Bologna. Each room is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING which is both cold and hot in case the heat emanating from the radiators is not sufficient for your needs. We then find a fully furnished kitchen in which we provide everything needed for breakfast. The bathroom is private, very spacious and with an oversized shower, approximately 40 cm larger than a standard shower tray. The apartment is located in the heart of the city less than 5 minutes walk from PIAZZA MAGGIORE and the CENTRAL STATION, in the middle of the most important shopping streets; thanks to the new 'people mover' that connects the airport and the station, we can say that we are also a stone's throw from the airport. All the main tourist/culinary attractions are less than 500 meters away, therefore a few minutes on foot, as demonstrated by the fact that the main 5-star hotels are around our apartment. The most particular feature is certainly the incredible SILENCE, guaranteed thanks to the fact that, despite overlooking the famous Via dell'Indipendenza, the bedrooms overlook the internal green courtyard.

Undoubtedly the most prestigious and central district of Bologna, we find ourselves in front of and next to the most luxurious hotels in the city (Hotel Baglioni and Hotel I Portici). From this strategic position it will be possible to visit the whole city on foot! Considered one of the most strategic neighborhoods in Bologna. Nonetheless, even the green hills that characterize our city can be reached in less than 10 minutes by taxi (I recommend that you get dropped off at the former Capannina nightclub), from where you can start a walking tour to better appreciate the magnificent hills that surround the our city.
