"The Chalet 450" is surrounded by a private forest just 12km from Cortina d'Ampezzo. The house is located at the end of one of the streets of the Court of the Dolomites. It enjoys total privacy, quiet and parking spaces. Fantastic location surrounded by nature and in the midst of life with unique colors of the Belluno Dolomites both in summer and winter. "The Chalet 450" is equipped with all the necessary comforts to fully enjoy your stay in this coveted setting. "The Chalet 450" is recently and completely renovated. Two floors, for a total of 165 m2 with floor-to-ceiling windows on Mount Pelmo-Dolomiti. The works were followed by an important Italian architect who equipped the house with bespoke furniture and high standing finishes. From one of the two independent entrances on the ground floor there is access to a large entrance furnished with "Smania" furniture, connected by a second entrance from which you access: A sitting room with fireplace; a bedroom with bunk bed and en suite bathroomprivate and a second bedroom with double sofa bed, view of the fireplace and en suite-private bathroom. The entire ground floor is illuminated by large windows overlooking the park and the horizon. On the first floor the original stube will welcome you in the living room with dining table for 10 people and full kitchen in Corian both overlooking the terrace equipped with multipurpose benches, sun loungers and bed/ relax with external heating. The sleeping area furnished with custom-made cupboards leads to a double bedroom, and a 4th bedroom with two bunk beds. A bathroom serves the two upper rooms and is equipped with a whirlpool bath "Water" with oxygen therapy. "The Chalet 450" is made available to guests in its entirety. It is also possible to freely use the parking spaces outside the house.

In the middle of a green valley traced by the Boite stream, in a sunny position and protected by imposing peaks, there is Borca di Cadore, a mountain village, at an altitude of 942 meters above sea level, in the northern part of the Veneto region, not far from Venice. Ideal place to spend summer and winter holidays, accompanied by the beauty of the Dolomite landscapes, Borca is located in a strategic position, which allows you to undertake daily excursions suitable for different levels of physical training: from the simplest walks in the woods of larches and firs, or along the route of the former railway of the Dolomites, up to the vie ferrate and climbing on the surrounding peaks. Borca is located at the foot of Mount Antelao, the King of the Dolomites, and is one of the villages of Cadore from which you can enjoy the most satisfying and complete view of Mount Pelmo, which, due to its chair shape, is also called el Caregón de 'the Eternal Father (the Lord’s Throne). The village consists of villages, including Villanova, a beautiful holiday resort on the right bank of the river Boite, surrounded by quiet meadows and woods. The Village Eni of Borca di Cadore (Bl) in which is located "Lo Chalet 450" was built between the late 50s and early 60s, thanks to the political and entrepreneurial capacity, ambition and momentum of Enrico Mattei. It is a large complex (over 100,000 square meters), equipped with a plant articulated on different structures, and built, according to innovative criteria, in a large forest at the foot of Mount Antelao, with its 3,242 meters overlooking the Cadore and overlooking the town of Borca, about ten kilometres from Cortina d'Ampezzo. The main structures of the site are the large Cologne (30,000 square meters), the Church Our Lady of Cadore, the hotel, the camping tent fixed, 280 single-family houses and the residence.
