Characteristic apartment with rare independent entrance that will guarantee privacy and comfort to your stay. Located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the world, the accommodation overlooks the quiet Via Maffia, a stone's throw from the beautiful Borgo San Frediano, full of art shops, artisan shops and the most glamorous clubs in the city. Bright 65 sqm apartment, well divided and full of every comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to four adults and can also accommodate small children. We provide families with all the amenities such as a cot, high chair and safety gate. In the large living room with double windows we find a large circular table and a comfortable sofa bed, a bookcase and Smart TV. The master bedroom, also with double windows, is truly spacious, with a large wardrobe, a comfortable dresser, another Smart TV and a desk for work. The bathroom is large, the shower is very large and there is also a window. The kitchen is fully equipped and hidden inside we have a washing machine. The ideal place to immerse yourself in Florentine life and culture!

The apartment is located in the Oltrarno, a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio, near Palazzo Pitti, immersed in the splendor of the ancient Medici city. During the day you can discover enchanting churches and craft workshops that made the city of Florence great. The neighborhood is very quiet even in the evening, you can enjoy the nightlife in the coolest clubs in the city. Supermarkets, markets, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants and primary services are all around.From the SMN station you can easily reach the apartment on foot in 13 minutes. The area is well served by public transport, with the bus line D you can reach any place in the historic center very well. If you arrive by car you will have the opportunity to park your car in the paid garages which are located 5 minutes walk from the property.
