It is located in a beautiful raised condominium overlooking the port of Cagliari and the Old Town, in the most beautiful area of Cagliari (Bonaria / Monteurpinu) just 10 minutes by foot from the Old Town (Via Roma). Modern apartment, just renovated (January 2018), consists of double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large living room with kitchenette and large terrace. Our apartment is located in the neighborhood of Bonaria Church and Monte Urpinu Park, just halfway between the Old Town (10-15 minutes walk) and the shopping zone of the city (Piazza Repubblica - Via Alghero - Via Garibaldi - only 5-10 minutes away). Unlike the Old Town, which is extremely noisy in the evening, the neighborhood where our apartment is situated offers tranquility and silence during the night. The Park of Monte Urpinu, the green lung of the district, is distributed for about 350.000m2 and is an authentic pearl, with ponds, playgrounds for children, full of animals (geese, ducks, turtles and numerous peacocks). Public transport is very efficient in Cagliari, you can reach the apartment directly from the airport, first by train and then with the bus from the railway station in Piazza Matteotti. You can reach our place by taxi in about 15 minutes, too.

I come from Poland, I studied Economics in Germany and in Italy. I am a foreign languages and mystery books geek. Since 2014 Sardinia is my second homeland. I am the owner of JITAKU DI JOANNA BODEK since 2018.
