Immersed in the countryside of Castellaneta, surrounded by wheat fields, vineyards and centuries-old trees and only 5 minutes from the sea (with ample free and/or paid parking spaces), you will find Maison Catalano. Easily reached by driving along Strada Statale 106, Maison Catalano is the ideal place for those who are looking for a secluded spot where they can re-establish direct contact with nature, without missing the possibility of going to the sea and/or exploring cities of art and places of historical and cultural interest. Maison Catalano is located on the ground floor of a "masseria" dating back to the 1930s. The entire building was renovated (internally and externally) in 2018 and offers guests a house of about 150 square metres, equipped with all modern comforts but which, at the same time, preserves the history and atmosphere of a rural house and offers the prerogatives of a regenerating holiday. The house is very bright throughout the year, warm in winter thanks to the installed radiators and cool in summer thanks to the new air conditioning system.
