There is a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. Guests will appreciate the equipped kitchenette and the furnished outdoor terrace which calls for a romantic dinner while enjoying the mountain view. In this property, it is mandatory to separate the garbage. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. A single-level apartment with an elevator in the building – suitable for people with some mobility issues. Not adapted for permanent wheelchair users. Parking in a private garage is free and included with the apartment.

The property is within walking distance from the busy city life. Como old town is almost across the street, and Como San Giovanni train station is a short walk away. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the lakefront.
