The house, located on the road that goes around the limestone sandstone cliff called Pietra di Bismantova from which the structure takes its name, has two apartments, one inhabited by the owner and one newly built with independent entrance offered as a furnished apartment for tourist use /short-term rentals. The structure has a comfortable garden located on three sides of the house where you can stop to rest and lie down to sunbathe in good weather. From the garden, a silent and relaxing place surrounded by oak trees and lawns that give a collected aspect of quiet and tranquility, you can admire the view of the beautiful valley on the Secchia River as well as some of the highest peaks of the Apennine ridge such as Mount Cusna, the summit of Monte Cimone or the peaks of Monte Cisa and Monte Prampa. The comfortable and welcoming apartment with exposed stone internal walls consists of: 1 open space kitchen-living room; 2 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, one communicating with a bedroom, the other for the exclusive use of the other bedroom with access through the living room; 1 Storage room In the open space kitchen-living room there is a 50" LED TV and everything needed for the preparation and consumption of breakfast, lunch and dinner, such as: Crockery and pots of various kinds; Sink with hot/cold water; 4 burner hob; Electric oven; Refrigerator with freezer. In the kitchen-living room there is also a comfortable, versatile and functional sofa bed, with slatted base and mattress. The furnished apartment for tourist use - Short-term rentals - Pietra di Bismantova Short Lets, is located approximately 700 meters above sea level. immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park in the municipality of Castelnovoné Monti in the Province of Reggio Emilia. Around the house there are extensive green areas made up of cultivated fields and trees of various kinds, including tall trees such as oak and walnut trees. There are only two rural buildings nearby. It should be noted that in the case of a standard minimum booking for 2 people normally accommodated in a single room, guests can ask us directly after booking for the provision of two beds occupying both available rooms (1 room for each guest), upon payment of the supplement to be paid on site during check-in. In the case of stays of up to two days, final cleaning is included in the price. However, the kind collaboration of the guests is appreciated in order to tidy up and clean all the rooms, in particular the bathrooms and kitchen, emptying the waste containers present in the apartment and arranging and reuniting all the waste collection bags within the structure. We will take care of placing the waste produced in the appropriate roadside containers with separate collection. For stays lasting more than 2 days, guests can choose either to carry out the final cleaning of the premises at their own expense and with the methods set out in the previous point, or to communicate to us during check-in that they will not carry out the final cleaning. with simultaneous payment on site of the related price.
