P.Tola Is a large house, for either 2 people or 8 people.. with 4 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, lounge, Kitchen, Larder, this is a town house, one of the biggest in the town set in a quiet piazza in the middle of Chiaramonti, everywhere is walk-able within the town, Locals are very friendly and you get a real feel for what life is like for the local community, in the town there are around 15 other properties owned by internationals and coming year on year out, you make some lovely friends from all over the world.. you need a car to explore the just wonderful coastline which has some of the best beaches in the world, In Chiaramonti itself there is one pizziare , around 5/6 small cafe bars, a take away pizza, which will deliver to the bar or your home, hairdressers, butchers, supermarket, patisserie, clothes shop and a selection of small quaint shops.

Well about myself, I moved to Italy last year and P.tola I brought 4 years ago, and have spent every penny saved doing this house up, at times it was very difficult, but with a lot of help from the locals I finally have a beautiful house that I myself feel very proud of but also my children just love coming over and having super holiday, they are continuous count down mode!

Chiaramonti Situated in the Northwest of Sardinia, this hilltop village is famous for its panoramic views, castle and historical center.The village has a population of around 3000 people and this doubles in the Summer to 6000, there are around 15-20 international people who either live there or have holiday homes there, so if you go there every year you are bound to make friends! The locals are lovely and extremly friendly, I myself have had gift of cakes given to me before I left by people I barely know, they are very friendly, In Red's bar there is interent to use for free, just ask at the bar. The house is only 45 minutes away from the airport (Alghero), 1 hour from Olbia, if your getting the boat from Italy you can go to either Olbia or Porta Torres, and is about 45 minutes from either. The beaches around a 25 minutes drive to the stunning Mediterranean coastline,and beaches to die for, and this is the ideal base for exploring rural Sardinia with its beautiful lakes, mountains and unspoiled countryside. it's only 25 minutes away from the coastal resorts of Castelsardo with its Castle and Marina and Valedoria with its long white sandy beaches.
