My name Onelio Scola, for decades I work in hospitality and propose to my customers a new holiday concept, a wide range of apartments and villas with different characteristics that can satisfy the most demanding requirements, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. I consider myself a creative person and I'm interested in building, interior disign and art in many of its forms. My interests are reflected in the love and passion for my work.

The Scola Family for a long time have given hospitality and would like to propose a new style of holiday – a vast number of apartments and villas with different characteristics which can satisfy your greatest needs, guaranteeing maximum privacy and comfort. The Scola family propose 'Residence Diffuso' which means structures spread out in different parts of the locality, offering a good holiday,as well as allowing you to live as a local, in villages near historical centres and in particular within the local artistic culture. The 'Residence Diffuso' was born to offer this open atmosphere, but living like the locals, even though temporarily, places which help you to enjoy life. The accommodation of 'Residence Diffuso' villas and 'Arcobaleno Apartments' and real houses, not built for tourism, and all the other services offered, the same as you would find in hotels, given by professionals, as well as a bit of the local touch.

Gabicce Mare is located in an idyllic location; the sea, but with a very close hilly hinterland offering panoramic views really beautiful. And 'famous for its promontory (Natural Park of Mount San Bartolo) that looms over the sea and break the linearity of the long beach, but also for the hospitality of its people and for its proximity to the Adriatic Coast that makes it even destination favorite of those who want to play merrily, with many discos and clubs; do not forget the amusement and theme parks like Mirabilandia, Acquafan, Oltremare, Italy in miniature and Aquarium "Le Navi". Nearby, a few kilometers away, there are villages and castles of medieval times, places rich in history and culture for a truly complete. Gradara with the castle and the medieval village, Urbino with the splendid Palazzo Ducale, the Republic of San Marino, San Leo with its fortress, Pesaro with its Art Nouveau architecture are just a few examples of the many routes that start from Gabicce Mare and you can be reached in no time. Or the Frasassi, Assisi basilica with wonderful frescoes by Giotto.
