Company info

For check-in is essential for the guests to get in touch with the structure in advance (at least one week before arrival) to communicate the expected arrival time and complete check in online. This is mandatory in order to be registered to the municipality police station. The tourist tax, always EXCLUDED from the cost of the stay and must be paid in cash, for arrival after 7PM there is and extra fee to pay SEE FINE PRINT.

The apartment, located on the fifth floor has big windows so it is very bright and it is also very spacious. It is composed of a equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to enjoy a nice meal, a well decorated living room with television and dining table, a double bedroom with a panorama of the bell tower of San Marco and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation offered is suitable for couples and for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the beautiful Venice. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with wifi connection, TV, air conditioning in the living area, cutlery, stove, coffee machine and kettle; also sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided based on the number of guests.
