Via Veneto is known as the street of big and luxury hotels, when we started more than 10 years ago this was for us more than a challenge. This new idea of hotellerie was at the beginning in Italy, among the historical hotel names we were kind of pioneers, the first on Via Veneto offering a new concept of hospitality. Some of our clients expecting to find an usual hotel, at their arrival they showed all their disappointment which rapidly disappeared after the warm welcome of our staff and having seen the property. Our house offers a careful welcoming hospitality, the gentle professionalism of our staff always ready to give all the assistance to the guests when needed and the accurate cleanliness of the premises ensure the perfect location to our guests. The modern design of Residenza A looks over the future, but we do not forget our past which gave to the world some of the most important artists, this is the reason why we encourage young artists hosting temporary exhibitions in the rooms and in the public spaces.

Nestled in the legendary Via Veneto between luxury hotels and classy boutiques, just few steps away from the park of Villa Borghese where one of most important museums of Rome "Galleria Borghese" and the "Casa del Cinema" are located, it is considered the green heart of city centre perfect for jogging and riding bicycles away from the noisy city traffic. Going in the opposite direction, over Barberini Square, you will meet the Church of Cappuccini and its famous Crypt, further on inside Barberini Palace you can visit the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Antica. Not only along Via Veneto it is possible to sit and try the best Italian cuisine, also in the small streets around there are lots of nice and typical restaurants where you can have all range of meals from a quick lunch to an excellent dinner. After 50 years though the charming and crazy atmosphere of the Dolce Vita is faded, Via Veneto still maintains its elegant beauty.
