The apartment is located in a strategic position: around 600 m far (8 minutes on foot) from the bus stop, to Venice or to Padua. Line 53E will take you directly to Venice Piazzale Roma in about 20 minutes. The A4 Milan-Venice motorway toll booth is just 2 km away, as well as the Venezia Porta Ovest rail station. Venice Airport can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car. The main services are within walking distance, such as shops, newsstands, smoke shop, supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and restaurants. A few kilometers away (about 15/20 minutes by car) there are the All'Angelo Hospital in Mestre and the Dolo Hospital.
