WARNING: In the building there is a condominium lift, which is EXCLUSIVELY intended for the residents of the building on the upper floors, and therefore cannot be used by our guests. OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION: - For reservations for 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you prefer to use both rooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared. - All sojourners' identity documents must be shown on arrival, as required by Italian law, for the purpose of check-in registration with the local authorities. In the case of self check-in, it is required to present the documents prior to arrival at the property. - Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 Check-out: until 10:00 Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00 from 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euro, from 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euro.
