The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Villa Dolcevita is located in the lower part of Via Posillipo, in a privileged position on top of the hill inside an exclusive residential park with 24-hour security service and private parking reserved for medium-small sized cars. Each reservation includes only one parking space. Please note that parking in unassigned areas or areas that obstruct traffic will incur a fine of Eur 70. In case of arrival with a second vehicle, it is possible to request an additional parking space at a cost of Eu 70, subject to availability.
