The Wind apartment is located within Villa Genf Mountain Apartments & Spa, which stands in the Livigno landscape in the early 1900s and reflects in every aspect the ideal of Livigno's historic stone and wood-clad chalet. Its name "Genf" comes from "Ginevra," daughter of the first buyer. The two-year renovation, completed in 2022, sought to put the finishing touches on the renovation of this historic dwelling, refining the functionality of the rooms and the interior design, while preserving the wooden and stony materials of the exterior. The villa's spaces feature fine finishes and elegant tones, such as black marble and ivory glitter. Completing the lodge are Relaxation Areas for total regeneration of body and mind. In addition, Villa Genf boasts a prominent location: elevated and panoramic. You can set out from the doorway and take countless mountain trails or the Livigno bike path, which, shielded from traffic, will take you to the town center in total tranquility. Reaching the Palipert ski lift, just a few meters away, you can access, directly on skis or by bus, the entire Carosello 3000 ski area. Cross-country skiers, on the other hand, will have ski-in/ski-out access to the dedicated ring, right in front of the villa. Near the Villa, there are two typical Livigno culinary stops, Cusini Dolce & Salato, ideal for fantastic breakfasts or snacks, and Rosticceria Campestre for ready meals or basic groceries. The Wind apartment which is a lovely studio on the ground floor, arranged as best as possible to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The spacious entrance hall serves the dual function of checkroom and lobby, followed by the dining area with kitchenette. The sleeping area is screened through the strategic design of the furniture and complemented by a bathroom with walk-in shower. Although Wind is the most compact solution among those offered, it lacks none of the comforts and amenities of the larger alternatives.

Every space is designed to be easy and practical, without sacrificing the elegant aesthetic that characterizes Villa Genf's interiors.
