Furnished holiday home, sleeps up to 13, parking and utilities included (drinking water, hot water, heating, electricity). It is ideal for holidays or leisure, with 3 bedrooms and respective bathrooms and TV, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, wireless internet, heating/fans, mosquito nets, cleaning products, terrace, gazebo, barbecue, parking spaces, garden, and swimming pool. Approximate distances, in minutes by car: 30 from the Pollino chain, 20 from the Ionian coast, 40 from the Tyrrhenian coast. Guests will find the booked rooms perfectly clean and sanitized; they are therefore required to clean the rooms they occupy until check-out. If guests have not occupied all 13 seats, the daily rate is reduced proportionally. Cleaning costs, towels, sheets and consumption, the tourist tax are included in the rental cost. For reasons of safety of the systems and of the contents, it is absolutely forbidden for guests to bring gas and/or electricity-operated appliances into the structure. Direct and indirect damages will be charged.

The structure has a Regulation that must necessarily be respected by the guests and concerns the rules of conduct, since the users of our. services are guests and not owners.
