The hotel offers a shuttle service. From the Montego Bay Airport, Once you exist the customs hall there is a Hyatt Lounge, proceed to the lounge and assistance will be provided there for the shuttle. The hotel shuttle costs USD $39 per adult and USD $20 per child for the round per person.

Hello, thank you for contacting us with your question. The Hyatt Ziva and Zilara are connected on one property. The Hyatt Zilara is an adults only resort and no children under the age of 18 will be allowed on that side of the property. Adults from Zilara however are free to roam the Ziva property.
