The house is only 10 minutes from Ikebukuro Sta - one of the largest station in Tokyo. It's perfect for 10 adults (14 people max) with 4 bedrooms (incl.1 Japanese room with Futon) and 1 huge living room. Some car parking are located near the listing. We never put different Airbnb guests at the same time, so if you book, it's all yours! All furnitures and linen were newly bought in Mar 2016. So everything is functional and clean. In this house you can use entire house by yourself with 4 private rooms, 1 big living room, 1 large bath room with bus tub (Full automated heating/reheating function), 2 toilets with washlet. There are x3 double beds, x3 double futon, x2 single futon. We only provide futon if you are more than 7 people unless you specifically ask us in advance. Ikebukuro station is one of the major hubs in Tokyo, with JR lines (Yamanote, Saikyo, and Shonan-Shinjuku), Tokyo Metro lines (Marunouchi, Yurakucho, and Fukutoshin), Tobu Line, and Seibu Line all coming in and out. The apartment itself is in a quiet neighborhood and it is hard to believe that it is right in the thick of mega-city Tokyo.
