＜REGARDING CLEANING＞ One set of towels is provided per guest. There is no cleaning service available during your stay, so please wash the towels yourself using the washing machine inside the property. If you wish to dispose garbage during your stay, the following costs will be incurred. Garbage collection fee: 4,400 yen Handling fee per bag: 330 yen * Please be aware that it is forbidden by the Japanese Lodging Law to throw out garbage from lodging accommodations together with that of household garbage. Please kindly inquire via message if you wish to make use of this service.

※All quests are required to provide an identification card before check in. Conveniently located in the center of Tokyo, this is the perfect location to enjoy the city's bubbly night life! Enjoy a movie night with friends in this private property living room and get a good night rest upstairs afterwards. We have a projector for your favorite movies and music, and fully equipped kitchen. The stools and tables in the living room can be moved around freely to your own liking. ＜IMPORTANT＞ You will have to use the stairs in order to reach the bathroom and bedrooms. The stairs are steep and slightly narrow, so if you have big suitcases it is recommended to store them on the ground floor. Please note that the warm water in this property is provided via an electric water heater. This means that you will not be able to use hot water once the tank has run out, and will have to wait until the next day for the tank to be heated up again. As a reference, the hot water will run out after approximately 75 minutes. If you come with a large group and all want to take a shower, we recommend using a nearby public bath. More information on the public baths is provided in a pamphlet that you can find at the property.

Izakaya, cafes, convenience stores, and supermarkets are all within a 5-minute walk from the facility, so you can spend your time comfortably without having to worry about daily necessities. Shinjuku is a famous and very convenient location for those who like shopping and nightlife, and it is only one station away. In addition, there are cherry blossom trees around Yotsuya Station, so please enjoy the scenery dyed in pink while taking a walk during the cherry blossom season. *There are restaurants next to as well as opposite of the facility, so there may be some noise at night. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we humbly request customers sensitive to noise to please refrain from using this facility as it may not fit your needs.
