The property is very spread out and meticulously maintained. It is a gorgeous retreat right in the heart of Nairobi. There are numerous restaurants throughout the resort that have incredible food and service. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend for either a work trip or as a family trip.

The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices of hot and cold meals. The hotel has 4 restaurants on the premise which offers a lot of dinner choices.

GermanyLovely hotel and staff, however when we checked in were given a room without balcony it had a damp feeling and fridge not on and no mini bar in fridge. We advised the room was not acceptable and after some time and discussion we were moved to a room that was lovely. The problem was this was all around midnight after a long flight and I believe should not have happened, this is only complaint. All the food was amazing and breakfast drinks were delightful as was breakfast. Evening entertainment was wonderful as was the food and spa was a lovely treat.
