The Big House features a 24-hour front desk. Each room at this homestay is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Views of the lake, garden or city are featured in certain rooms. Every room includes a private bathroom fitted with a bath. Extras include free toiletries and a hairdryer. Negombo is 39 km from the property. The nearest airport is Bandaranaike International Airport, 32 km from the property. There will be a credit card commission (bank service charge) of 3.5% of the total value. If the payments are from cash (local/major currency) there will be no commission or service charge of 3.5%. Any damages done to the property will have to be repaired immediately and paid in cash by the guest. Wifi is not to download movies etc. It has to be used responsibly as it has limited wifi package.

Located at a very convenient location in Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo 5, Sri Lanka, The Big House is a stylish home stay apartment with 8 rooms. The Big House is only a 5-minute walk (450m) from The Lanka Hospital, walking distance to Asiri Central Hospital (700m) and Oasis Hospital (650m) all which provides world class healthcare facilities. This location is ideal for foreigners who visit Sri Lanka for medical treatments. It is a very famous location among Maldivian families who come for regular checkups at Lanka Hospital and other leading hospitals. Very close proximity to railway station, bus station, leading supermarkets and banks. Few minutes drive to the capital, shopping centers, beach and tourist attractions in Colombo. Cozy Rooms Modern air-conditioned rooms are furnished with a flat-screen cable TV and an electric kettle. Each room also has tea/coffee making facilities and private bathroom with rain shower, hairdryer and toiletries at a cost. Rooms has electrical fans and other important amenities.
