The apartment is located in the most attractive and most wanted location in Podgorica.The view frome terrace and from the apartment extends to the so-called Vektra square,in the courtyard of the building there are numerous cafes, restaurants, markets. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. The Delta City shopping center is also a 10-minute walk away.The apartment is located in a quiet part, but also in an urban part of the city.The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It consists of two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large terrace.We have a parking space in the garage within the building.The apartment has 3 air conditioners and a couple of radiators, so it is very warm in the winter months. In one room there is a large double bed, and in the other room there is a separate smaller bed for 1 person.There are also two toilets in the facility, one smaller and the other larger,in the summer months, the apartment is also pleasant because of 3 air conditioners. Each room is covered with 1 air conditioner.The apartment is located on the fourth floor in a building with an elevator and it is oriented to the south
