Our property in Budva has a spectacular sea views, looking across the water to Sveti Nikola. It is a short walk to the beaches/parks/restaurants/night clubs and the many other places of interest that Budva has to offer. We purchased the apartment in late 2021 and have just finished furnishing it, so everything is brand new! We are very excited to share our home with others.

We are Amanda and Shane, two Kiwis who fell in love with Montenegro in 2018 and decided we would make it our goal to own a beautiful property in Budva, for ourselves and for others to be able to experience what wonderful things Montenegro has to offer. We both work in the maritime industry so travel far and wide, yet Montenegro is always where we return as it has a special charm to it. Through hosting our property, we hope to leave a lasting impression on visitors of the stunning country. Budva Old Town - You could spend most of your time and it still wouldn’t be enough. Old Town consists of narrow cobblestone streets, alleys and little charming squares. Budva Citadel and churches - The citadel is located in the southern and the most prominent part of the Old Town. It was once the place of the 12th century church of Saint Maria de Castello. The Citadel itself dates to the 15th century. The Maritime Museum of Budva is located within Budva Citadel, which has an impressive library and different catering facilities. There are many churches within Budva, particularly around the Budva Citadel. These include the Church of St Maria in Punta. Holy Trinity Church, The Saint Sava Church, Saint John Church Sveti Stefan - A small island connected to the mainland, located approximately 6 kilometers southeast of Budva. This fortified island village with its 15th century villas is known as ‘the most photographed site in Montenegro'. Beaches - Famous for is its crystal clear water and sandy beaches. The best beaches are surrounded by beach bars, hotels and clubs that provide sun loungers, excellent food and drinks and a variety of other facilities.
