The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, measures 77 square meter and forms part of a residential block which is served with a lift and staircase. There are 4 steep steps to enter the building and therefore it is not wheelchair accessible. The lay-out is in the form of an open living-, dining- and kitchen area leading to a double bedroom on the front of the apartment with access to a private balcony, a double bedroom at the back of the apartment leading to a small outdoor patio and a bathroom. The apartment has a mounted a AC unit in the living area for cooling and heating of the open living-, dining- and kitchen area. Both bedrooms have mounted AC units as well for cooling and heating of the rooms. In winter we provide duvets and there are extra blankets for a cozy time on the sofa. We provide guests with clean bedlinen and towels upon arrival. The sizes of the mattrasses are 160 x 200 cm in the front bedroom with access to the front balcony and 150 x 190 cm in back bedroom with access to a small patio. Guests using the front balcony have to pay special attention to the low balcony wall. The apartment is further equipped with a washing/drying machine, drying rack, iron and iron board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, built in fridge/freezer, built in oven, gas hob, hob extractor, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. There is a fast WiFi internet connection throughout the apartment and a TV.
